the room I booked and the room they gave us is different, room is not cleaned, smells bad, with the broken AC😖and make annoying sound. Plus, bed and it cover, and towel is nothing to say, not washing and continue keep for us. The worst room ever😔😖

Do not book this hotel. Live wires in the bathroom, unlockable room, filthy room and the pool was green with algae and had a cat swimming in it.The photos on the site do not relect the rundown condition of the hotel. We left immediately as it's condition was unsafe for my children. However, we checked into the Memoire Siem Reap hotel which was amazing and highly recommend.

We were quite disappointed with this stay. The location of the hotel was the only good thing. But our rooms didn't seem to be cleaned properly. It didn’t live up to the hype. I booked a twin bed but i got a single bed. Don’t have TV. The bath room smelled bad. Unfortunately, we won't come back.”

So we ate at great street noodle stall on left of exit, run by Anee, with dog name Chaka. Nice room and hotel looks good, Staff friendly. Pool looked ominous tho so we gave it a miss, Kids upset tv didn't work, but WiFi good And breakfast was one choice of omelette and coffee, or nothing, So we ate at great fried noodle stall run by Anee on street left of exit, with dog named Chaka

Все хорошо. Душ есть, кровати оказалось даже две) хорошее расположение. А главное очень понравилась цена 1100р с завтраком. Единственный минус это запах каких-то старых духов. Никак не выветривался. Была 1 зубная щетка и 1 гель для душ.

Location is 10 minutes ride on Tuk Tuk to the Siem Reap Central. There's a local market near by and there's some interesting things they were selling. The breakfast is always 2 breads, 2 eggs, 2 banana and a cup of tea/coffee. Even though there English are not good but very helpful.

Редко пишу плохие отзывы, но для объективности выбора последующими проживающими напишу. Отель крутой - был когда-то. Сейчас обслуживание скатилось. Ночью заехали в отель и толком не смотрели, только горячую воду проверили. Туалетную бумагу, полотенце, кружку пришлось просить. На 2 и 3м этаже у друзей ночью закончилась горячая вода, видимо давления с бочки не хватало. И говорят они меняли номер из-за паутины, белья с пятнами. Завтраки лишь формальные. Чай-кофе заварной, омлет, и 2 ломтика хлеба без ничего, сахар пришлось просить

The pool was not clean. Complimentary breakfast was not available for the 3 days across the Khmer New Year. I did ask for the breakfast and they laugh at me.

Хорошее месторасположение, рядом есть аренда байков, номер просторный, относительно чистый, на территории отеля есть бассейн, вода грязная, есть завтрак.
